This unique and beautiful treatment is performed by 2 massage therapists, dedicated to assisting you on your journey of transformation. We are using Lomi techniques with very well synchronized movements to promote a deep feeling of relaxation with gentle, flowing strokes.

Sound Massage

For sound sleep, relaxation, and overall well-being

Sound Massage is a very relaxing treatment, during which the practitioner uses singing bowls and sometimes other instruments. They are placed on the body - stomach, chest, back, as well as joints, feet, palms. Bowls can be also placed around the body, without physical touch. This way it makes it safe to be received by pregnant women, cancer patients.

 

This massage is recommended for insomnia, stress relief, anxiety, bringing back a sense of calm and relaxation, quieting the mind, and allowing the body to rest and regenerate.

Whether you are planning a home birth, hoping for natural birth without interventions, have planned C- section, or prefer medications for pain management during your childbirth this course will help you find peace with unexpected situations, manage fear and anxiety related to your childbirth, and future challenges that parenthood brings. It will help have a more fulfilling and present experience of your birth and assist you with all those changes in your life and body that come after you bring your baby home.  You will learn mindfulness-based pain management, managing fear, anxiety, and learning about the role of relaxation during childbirth. Some very specific massage techniques will be introduced for childbirth as well.  

Research proves mindfulness is a fantastic and very beneficial tool for childbirth, reducing greatly need for interventions, and medication, reducing pain, fear, and having a very positive effect on mental state during the post-natal period.

The Sound Bath is a form of deep relaxation with the sounds and vibration of gongs, singing bowls, and other ethnic instruments. It is an effortless way to enter a meditation state and to relax. The sounds that are played in the room: a unique blend of sounds, different frequencies, harmonics, steady beats, take our mind on the self-discovery journey and allow the brain to enter a Theta state. One of meditation, relaxation, and intuitive dreams can happen. Sound Bath sessions have many benefits. Relaxation and great rest are the general ones, which leads to improving general well-being on the mental, emotional, and physical levels. If you find general meditation challenging, the sound bath can be a good place to start. It is a passive practice that requires no effort.

Yoga Nidra

Enter the state of deep rest and rejuvenation

 

Known also as "yogic sleep" is a practice that helps to enter the state of deep relaxation and rest.

Yoga Nidra has been found to have many benefits for the body and mind. Some of these are improving restful sleep and a deep sense of rest, and skillful stress management. 

20 min of Yoga Nidra practice can be the equivalent of 2h restful sleep.  Yoga Nidra can be practiced for relaxation, sleep improvement, it is also seen as a type of meditation or hypogenic-like state that helps to work with PTSD, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional and physical pain.   

The practice of Yoga Nidra can be 20 min long or 90 min long. We also use Yoga Nidra during our Sound Baths.
