Relaxing journey with the sounds of gongs,
singing bowls, and other magical instruments
A sound bath is a form of deep relaxation with the sounds and vibration of gongs, singing bowls, and other ethnic instruments. It is an effortless way to enter meditation state and to relax.
The sounds that are played in the room: a unique blend of sounds, different frequencies, harmonics, steady beats, takes our mind on the self-discovery journey and allowing the brain to enter a Theta state. One of meditation, relaxation, and intuitive dreams can happen.
Sound Bath sessions have many benefits. Relaxation and great rest being the general one, which leads to improving general well-being on the mental, emotional, and physical level. If you find general meditation challenging, the sound bath can be a good place to start. It is a passive practice that requires no effort.

Mindfulness and Meditation
Learn meditation and mindfulness practice in the comfort of your own home.
Mindfulness means paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment in the mind, body, and external environment, with an attitude of curiosity and kindness, without judgment.
Mindfulness helps us to stay open and connected with our experiences. It is not only the practice of being aware but also the practice of kindness and compassion. That helps us to become one with the world around us and other beings.
During our practice, we explore different aspects of mindfulness: awareness of breathing, body, sensations, emotions, thoughts,
senses: listening, tasting, seeing, speaking, moving, touching.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage
Take care of your body, and well-being during and after pregnancy
Receiving pregnancy massage, especially weekly in the last trimester, is a real opportunity to prepare for your birth experience. Pregnancy massage provides a great way of releasing muscular and emotional tension and is a recommended resource to prepare for birth.
Massage helps your breathing, circulation, and muscle tone and provides a sense of calm often like no other therapy – all completely beneficial to you and your baby! A monthly treatment from the early weeks through until your due date will promote a greater sense of well-being and help keep your immune system strong, your joints supported, and give relief to common pregnancy ailments such as restless legs, lower back pain, and tense neck and shoulders.
It is the best way to care for yourself and your baby after birth. As a new mum, you need to take care of yourself while caring for your newborn. For mothers who delivered naturally or without complications, they can start their postnatal massage as soon as they are comfortable and ready. For cesarean delivery, it is best to wait for at least 2 weeks after giving birth or when the incision is properly healed before starting postnatal massage sessions. Sessions are usually scheduled weekly for the first 12 weeks postpartum. It can be done with the presence of your baby on a wide massage table or a futon. You can nurse your baby during the massage, to enjoy the connection while being cared for at the same time.
