Welcome to our residential Sound Magic retreat!


We are delighted to have you join us on this transformative journey towards healing and well-being.

Our program is specifically designed to support your healing journey, providing a safe and nurturing environment to allow you to rest and rejuvenateWhile the schedule is packed with mindfulness and relaxation activities, there is also ample time for reflection and rest.

The retreat is designed to be inclusive and accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and energy levels. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, there is something for everyone. The activities are gentle and adaptable, allowing each participant to honour their unique needs and energy level. No previous experience in meditation is required to attend the retreat. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our program is designed to meet you where you are on your journey towards healing.

One of the key aspects of our retreat is its trauma and anxiety-sensitive approach. We understand that individuals with PTSD and anxiety require special care and consideration. Therefore, all activities and experiences during the retreat are thoughtfully designed to be safe for individuals with these conditions. Please note it is not a retreat focused on healing or managing trauma or panic attacks but activities practised may be helpful when continuing a regular routine at home and are gentle for your soul, focusing on calming down your nervous system.

Our facilitators are trained to be sensitive to your needs and can tailor the program accordingly if any challenges arise.

We recognize that some participants may have limited energy. Our retreat is gentle and accommodating, ensuring that everyone can fully participate regardless of their physical limitations. Whether you deal with chronic pain or simply lack energy, our meditation and relaxation classes are guided with these challenges in mind. 


  • 2 nights of luxury accommodation in a private en-suite, shared twin bedrooms or shared 6-bed room

  • Healthy organic vegetarian or vegan meals

  • Mindfulness meditation

  • 2 * Sound baths and Yoga Nidra (each with a unique atmosphere and instruments)

  • Relaxation and breathing practices

  • Constructive rest for reducing postural pain, back pain and muscular pain 

  • Gentle Restorative Yoga session

  • Mindful walk, hike or chill out on the garden grounds

Depending on the group's energy level and time, other practices may include gentle breath-work- Buteyko method, guided relaxation, visualisation, self-massage and facial reflexology routine.

All practices are led with a trauma and anxiety-sensitive approach and are beginner-friendly with consideration of your physical and fitness ability.
