Stress has some common characteristics for all of us, but our resilience to stress and response to different kinds of relaxation practices is unique for each of us.
By working with you one to one we can find out together what you truly need and find the best ways to support you. I want to assist you in reestablishing a connection with your mind and body and let you explore your needs and answers to them by yourself. I will offer you some tools and techniques but ultimately it is about your journey and reclaiming your power. Healing happens within you through your own wise self. It is not done to you by someone external. You have to reclaim your power but also build compassion towards yourself to be able to truly listen to your body and connect with your heart.
Mindfulness has been proven to help manage stress and anxiety, reduce panic attack episodes and help to manage them early when they happen. Regular meditation practice with the support of the right therapy has an even bigger chance to heal PTSD, anxiety, and panic disorder but it should be done with help of a trauma-informed practitioner or therapist.
Mindfulness has significant benefits for people suffering from chronic pain, helping to manage pain and reduce sensations of pain through working with fear and habitual responses of our mind and body.

Introduction to basic mindfulness meditations will require a minimum of 5 - 8 sessions, depending on your needs and how fast we can move, it may take a few more sessions.
I will be sharing with you meditation recordings to practice at home, relaxation music recorded by me, and specific tips that will be unique to your needs. Each week you will receive written materials.
If you will be meeting with me face to face in Cong, I may be using different relaxation techniques, like sound, therapeutic massage, and acupressure.
