Mindfulness means paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment in the mind, body, and external environment, with an attitude of curiosity and kindness judgment. We discover different aspects of mindfulness: awareness of breathing, body, sensations, emotions, thoughts, senses: listening, tasting, seeing, speaking, moving, touching.

Teaching mindfulness to children is like planting a seed which with time and practice has a chance to become a strongly rooted base for a happy and confident adult who deals well with stress and challenges, is capable of forming strong and healthy relationships, and also develops emotional intelligence.

Our program is inspired and based on Mindful Schools Curriculum, however, it is not entirely thought of as Mindful Schools Curriculum but adapted to my skills and experience by adding more art, stories, and sound relaxation into it. Teachers and parents are included in a program as well.
The program can be tailored to school needs and finances.
We also run workshops for teachers and parents separately.
It's very effective as a bullying prevention practice. It develops self-awareness and self-esteem in children.
Our program is designed to fit any group age and classroom, both at the primary and secondary levels.
Teachers are also to benefit from it, learning tools to continue to work with mindfulness in their classroom and their daily life.
The program can be stretched between 8-30 sessions, 15 min - 1 hour in duration.
CD with mindful practice and materials for students, parents, and teachers, also art materials are included in the price.
