I was trained with Mindful Schools in 2011 ( and over the years attended several different mindfulness training with many different schools and various approaches.

Our program is inspired by various mindfulness for kids curriculums and reflects our 10 years old experience and knowledge of working with the children. Our curriculum is filled with art, stories, and sound relaxation. Teachers and parents are included in the program as well.
