We promote well-being and positive mental health in schools. Mindfulness has been shown to improve attention, focus, and concentration, as well as reduce stress and anxiety.


Mindfulness means paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment in the mind, body, and external environment, with an attitude of curiosity and kindness, and without judgment. We discover different aspects of mindfulness: awareness of breathing, body, sensations, emotions, thoughts, and senses: listening, tasting, seeing, speaking, moving, touching.

With hopes for becoming one day a part of the SPHE curriculum and help to support positive mental health practice in Irish schools. Teaching mindfulness to children is like planting seeds in the ground and looking after them to help them grow. It is not the FIX ALL solution but rather a long-term skills development that with time and practice has a chance to become a strongly rooted base for becoming a happy and confident adult who deals well with stress and challenges, is capable of forming strong and healthy relationships, and also develops emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills.

Building a Strong Foundation for Positive Mental Health

I was trained with Mindful Schools in 2011 (http://www.mindfulschools.org) and over the years attended several different mindfulness training with many different schools and various approaches.

Mindfulness for Kids: Curriculum, Workshops, and Professional Teacher Training in Ireland 

Our program is inspired by various mindfulness for kids curriculums and reflects our 10 years old experience and knowledge of working with the children. Our curriculum is filled with art, stories, and sound relaxation. Teachers and parents are included in the program as well.

Tailored Mindfulness Programme for Schools, Flexible Duration and Inclusive Approach

The program can be tailored to the school's needs and finances.We also run workshops for teachers and parents separately as well as professional teacher training.Our program is designed to fit any group age and classroom, both at the primary and secondary levels.

Teachers are also to benefit from it, learning tools to continue to work with mindfulness in their classroom and managing stress in their daily life. The program can be stretched between 8-30 sessions, 15 min - 1 hour in duration. CD with mindful practise and materials for students, parents, and teachers, also art materials are included in the price.
