1h 30 min long sound relaxation/meditation session in Athlone

Give yourself a gift of relaxation. As we look after our physical body we need to take care of our mind and heart as well. Our mental and emotional wellbeing is interconnected with our physical health and wellness.

Take time to reconnect with your inner wisdom and hit the pause button from time to time.

Sound Bath is an amazing opportunity to allow you to slow down your busy mind and relax your body. This is a place to connect with your heart, feelings, needs and check in with your body. We rarely have time to do this. Overloaded with deadlines, stress and worrying about the future or rethinking the past events.

Sounds produced by those special instruments help you to gently drift away into the different state of consciousness. Slowly creating a space where your mind moves across different brain waves, allowing for deep relaxation, creative thinking, rest, reawaking your intuition.

If you tried other relaxation techniques or meditations, and you have struggled to achieve a state of calm and mindfulness this session can help you to enter this state naturally and gently with a help of the sound.

Experience may vary from person to person, or session to session as no experience and session is the same, nor we are the same each time. However, there are some general and common benefits we may have during the session, especially if attending regurally.

On the physical level, it helps to :

·  slow down the heart rate,

·  slow down and calm the breathing,

·  improve wellbeing and mental health,

·  self-regulate and calm the nervous system,

·  reduce muscular tension,

·  in some cases release of pain or reducing pain,

·  calm the mind,

·  achieve state of relaxation and deep rest.

Regular sessions have more benefits, related to better stress management and calming down the nervous system, which leads to improving:

·  overall health,

·  immune system,

·  hormonal balance,

·  improved sleep,

·  emotional wellbeing, just to name a few.

What to bring?

  • yoga mat or something to lie on (sheepskin, single duvet, folded mattress)
  • blanket or something to keep you warm throughout the session
  • pillow
  • water to drink


Your safety and wellbeing are the priority of our work. Available places are limited to allow for appropriate distance between mats for your comfort and safety.

We ask not to attend the session if you have been in contact with the person with covid symptoms or positive test, or if you have any covid or flu symptoms.

Restrictions for indoor classes have been lifted and we do not require passports, tests, masks, or declaration forms at our session.

However we have chosen to keep the number of participants at our sessions to 50% of the venue capacity, so everyone can feel comfortable and safe during the session with more space in between the mats.

When entering the room please try to keep distance from each other and enter one after another. That will help us to avoid overcrowding in the hallway.

We do not take cash and all tickets are pre-booked so we can efficiently deal with arrivals.

If you want to wear a mask, feel free to do so but we advise you not to wear a mask once you set up your space and lie on the mat. Consider that you will be lying down for 90 min and at times you may drift off to sleep during the session. For safety reasons, it is not advised or recommended by WHO to cover your mouth and nose when exercising or sleeping.

As facilitators of the session that may be affecting you emotionally, it is important for us to keep an eye on everybody during the session and your breathing or facial expressions can help us to watch over you.

We hope that other safety measures will help you to feel safe and comfortable.

If you have any suggestions or worries in relation to attending the session or covid safety, please talk to us before or after the session. If it is in our power we will do what we can to accommodate your needs and address your concerns.

We maintain cleaning standards between each session.

We ventilate and air the room before each session.

Please bring your own mats, pillows, and blankets for hygienic reasons.
