Who Is This Course For?

Level 1: Singing Bowls Training is for anyone curious about sound and its calming, restorative effect on the body and mind. Whether you’re exploring sound for your own self-care, for family and friends, or as the first step toward professional facilitation, this course provides a safe, trauma-sensitive, and hands-on introduction.

Why Train With Us?

Led by experienced musicians and facilitators. We come from a deep musical background—we are musicians, meditation teachers, music group facilitators, composers, and recorded artists. This means you'll learn not just how to play instruments, but how to use sound intentionally, creatively, and effectively.

Music skills development beyond the basics. We go beyond simple playing techniques to help you develop rhythm, flow, composition, and dynamic awareness, so your sessions feel natural, immersive, and musically rich.

Science meets intuition. We blend research-based sound work with intuitive facilitation, ensuring that you understand both the physiological effects of sound and how to create meaningful, transformative experiences.

Trauma-sensitive and sensory-aware sound facilitation. Learn how to work safely with sound, understand its effects on the nervous system, and create inclusive, supportive environments for all participants.

Flexible learning with real-world application. Whether you're new to sound or refining your skills, you’ll get hands-on experience, and practical guidance to integrate sound into your existing work or create a sustainable career.

More than just technique – we focus on facilitation. Many trainings teach instrument playing, but we go further, showing you how to hold space, guide a session with confidence, and truly connect with your audience. You will explore relaxation and meditation techniques that complement sound baths and deepen the experience.

Authentic, heart-led teaching. This isn’t a mass-produced training. It’s a deeply connected, real learning experience, designed to help you grow in both skill and confidence as a facilitator. We share our personal and professional experiences and knowledge with the world's best teachers and facilitators.

We are building a community of trauma-sensitive facilitators.
