We are happy to welcome you back.

 We are trying to restart our regular sound bath sessions in Galway.

Due to the social distancing restrictions, places are very limited to allow comfort and safety of everyone. We ask you to bring your own mat, blanket, and pillow. Space allows for more than 2m distance and we have other COVID safety measures in place. Including strict cleaning procedures between the sessions, contact tracing forms, and sanitizers. 

Before you book your ticket we would like to inform you that masks are not mandatory and may be dangerous to wear them during the session as it is not recommended to wear a mask when lying down with the possibility of falling asleep that can create several dangerous situations including choking, suffocation, a dangerous drop of the heart rate. 

W also want to make sure we can assist you in case of any deep experiences during the sound bath and therefore we need to see your face to monitor the session for the safety.

This decision was consulted with HSE.

However, we want to leave you the decision whether to wear a mask during the session, if you would like to do this, we will ask you to sign the declaration that you were informed of possible health hazards of doing so in these circumstances.

We want to assure you that we do everything up to the HSE safety standards. And hope to see you soon.
