Mindfulness and Sound Relaxation Course for Teens- Age 13-18

Mindfulness means paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment in the mind, body, and external environment, with an attitude of curiosity and kindness judgment. We discover different aspects of mindfulness: awareness of breathing, body, sensations, emotions, thoughts, senses: listening, tasting, seeing, speaking, moving, touching.

  • Music and sound and its benefits for wellbeing

  • Theory about the nervous system, stress, and brain science

  • Sound relaxation with the use of gongs, singing bowls, hang drums (relaxation and meditation with the use of sound. Hands-on experience also)

  • Using GSR- biofeedback to see how our stress works in reality

 

Our meditation studio is fully equipped with various size meditation cushions, and support equipment to allow sit comfortably during the practice. 

Cost: €180 (6*90min mindfulness sessions and sound relaxation, workbook, printed materials, recorded guided practices, digital version of 2 relaxation CDs)
