Welcome to the 2h Sound Magic Deep Rest Experience for women in collaboration with Carmel from Sage Wellbeing
We are delighted to have you join us on this transformative journey towards healing and well-being.
Our session is specifically designed to support your healing journey, providing a safe and nurturing environment to allow you to rest and rejuvenate. While the schedule is packed with mindfulness and relaxation activities, there is ample time for reflection and rest.
No previous experience in meditation is required to attend the retreat.
