This set consists of:
Zabuton Meditation Mat (foam filling) with removable washable organic cotton cover.
Meditation cushion: Cylinder, Half Moon or Ractangle large. 
Colours: old rose/gold, black, red, indigo 
Organic cotton with zipper and handle.Inner cushion: organic cotton with closing cord.
​Stuffing: buckwheat chaff.
 
Washing instructions: after removing the inner cushion or foam stuffing, wash the covers separately in cold to lukewarm water.   
Refillable: The height of the meditation cushion may be adapted by removing some of the filling, or by adding some after time.
